Why choose us to build your website

There are dozens of web companies in New Zealand. When clients ask why they should pick us, these are the points we start from.

1. Delivery in three days rather than six to twelve weeks

A traditional agency needs six to twelve weeks to deliver a multi-page site. Our cycle is three days.

The gap comes from using AI deeply within the development process, which lifts execution speed five to ten times. The time saved has not gone into a lower price; it goes into design, copy and the conversion path.

AI accelerates execution. Strategy, design and experience judgements are still made by people, which is where our work differs from one-click generated template sites.

2. How deeply we actually use AI

“AI chat”, “AI SEO” and “GEO optimisation” are common phrases now. Few teams have run them in production long enough to have accumulated failures worth learning from.

We use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Perplexity daily, and know where the limits of each sit and how they combine.

The AI assistant in the corner of this site was built and integrated by us, not bought as a third-party SaaS.

3. Structural differences in the local Chinese market

Building for a Chinese-owned small business in New Zealand differs structurally from the mainstream English-language market:

  • Customers use WeChat and dislike filling in forms
  • You need to be bilingual, serving both the Chinese community and the mainstream Kiwi market
  • Owners often aren’t technical and need a backend they can edit themselves
  • Every line of budget needs to map to a measurable result
  • RED and WeChat Moments carry traffic that Google SEO cannot reach

Our clients span construction, healthcare, immigration, finance, NGOs, education, property and hospitality. We have project experience with the user paths and drop-off points in each, so we can give specific guidance at the proposal stage.

4. Build and campaigns handled by one team

Most web companies end their involvement at handover. When a site launches without traffic, the client has to find a separate marketing agency, which introduces information gaps and disputes over responsibility.

We handle both ends, so we know what a high-converting site consists of and what an ad-ready landing page requires. Common failures are unclear CTAs, conversion paths that run too long and missing tracking pixels; these are accounted for from the design stage in our projects.

5. Support after handover

Questions, content changes and data reviews after handover are not charged separately within reason. Over 70% of new clients currently come from referrals by existing ones.

6. Deciding what to leave out

At the proposal stage we frequently recommend removing features rather than adding them. A membership system is often unnecessary at an early stage, and a shopping cart can lower conversion. Every line on a quote should map to a clear business purpose.

To discuss a specific project, email info@digitalforce.co.nz, or add us on WeChat (QR code in the contact page). A first conversation runs about 30 minutes and involves no sales process.
