SEO & GEO Dashboard Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 October 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Digital Force SEO & GEO Dashboard (the “Dashboard”), the client portal at dashboard.digitalforce.co.nz, operated by Digital Force Limited (“Digital Force”, “we”, “us”). By signing in to or using the Dashboard, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent (“you”). If you do not agree, do not use the Dashboard.

1. The service

The Dashboard is a portal for Digital Force clients. It reports on how your websites perform in search engines and AI-powered search (SEO and GEO), and it lets you view the reports, recommendations and progress updates we prepare as part of our services. Some features use data from third-party services, such as Google Search Console, that you choose to connect.

2. Accounts

  • Dashboard accounts are provided to Digital Force clients and the people they authorise. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@digitalforce.co.nz if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You must be at least 16 years old and have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

3. Connecting third-party accounts

When you connect a Google account or another third-party service, you confirm that you are authorised to give us access to the data for the websites and properties you connect. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect at any time from the Dashboard settings or from your account with the provider. How we handle data received from those services is described in our Dashboard Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Dashboard for any unlawful purpose, or to access data you are not entitled to access;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Dashboard, other users’ accounts or our systems, or interfere with their operation or security;
  • scrape, copy or resell the Dashboard or its content, or use automated means to access it except through features we provide;
  • reverse engineer the Dashboard, except to the extent the law allows despite this restriction.

5. Fees

Access to the Dashboard is provided as part of the services you engage us for. Fees, scope and payment terms are set out in your proposal or service agreement with Digital Force. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

6. Your data

You keep all rights in the data you provide or connect (“Your Data”). You grant Digital Force a limited licence to use Your Data only to provide the Dashboard and our services to you, as described in our Dashboard Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Data.

7. Our intellectual property

The Dashboard, including its software, design and the methods behind our reports, belongs to Digital Force or its licensors. Reports and recommendations prepared for you may be used freely within your organisation. These Terms do not otherwise transfer any intellectual property to you.

8. Reports, AI analysis and results

Reports, scores and recommendations in the Dashboard are based on data from third-party sources and, in part, on AI-assisted analysis. That data may be delayed, sampled or incomplete, and AI-generated analysis can contain errors. Search engines and AI platforms control their own rankings and answers, so we do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, citation or business result. Use the Dashboard’s content as information to support your decisions, not as a substitute for your own judgement.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Dashboard available, but it may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, or issues with our providers or third-party APIs. We may add, change or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces the core service you have paid for, we will let you know in advance where practicable.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Dashboard at any time. We may suspend or close your access if you breach these Terms, if your service agreement with us ends, or if we must do so to protect the security of the Dashboard or to comply with the law. When your account is closed, we delete Your Data in line with our Dashboard Privacy Policy. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or your service agreement, the Dashboard is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Dashboard’s availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose;
  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity;
  • our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Dashboard is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You acquire the Dashboard for the purposes of a business. To the extent permitted by law, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, and the parties agree that it is fair and reasonable to contract out of sections 9, 12A and 13 of the Fair Trading Act 1986.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. We will notify Dashboard users of material changes. If you keep using the Dashboard after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
